Is this a legit poll or do you have some technical issues you need sorted out?

If you would have asked me 3 days ago, I would have voted yes, but after updating my drivers all of the stuttering from texture pop-in has dissapeared.

P.S. Using a 5870 2GB and went from Driver version 11.09 to 11.11a.

OP, I'm not sure if you would find it surprising or not and, obviously, I cannot vote in your poll due to the platform I've experience with, but the PS3 version has very infamous problems with lagging and stuttering. It seems to directly correlate with saved data file sizes, so that may be a variable you may want to look into for the PC version, but this particular issue is getting plenty of attention by people involved with the PS3 version. It's a very widespread PS3 issue and the single greatest threat to the playability of the PS3 version, but I haven't heard much about it with the PC version, yet. Perhaps it's a driver-related issue.

No lag or stutter's for me. I'm running the game on Ultra all max out, the only issues I face are CTD's every 2 hours+, mouse sensitivity and the occasional purple textures.

I do admit to the very occasional stutter when going into a populated region initially, but the game is generally silky smooth on ultra detail. Load times are fast too (<5 seconds) (not an SSD, 2nd drive short stroked 1tb WD caviar black just for games which I keep defragged).

the game runs perfectly inside. when im running around outside it will get a nasty stutter maybe every 10 seconds, lasts for about 2-3 seconds and then goes back to running smoothly. i really like this game and want to play it till i die, but if i cant solve this i will be shelving it pretty soon..

i tried the ENB patch, didnt help

4gb patch didnt help

changing from ATI HD card, back to my nvidia gtx460 didnt help

high or low settings even running 800x600 res doesnt help

ive tried everything!!!!! :(

nvidia gtx460 1GB
intel core 2 duo @ 2.6ghz
4GB RAM
vista 32 bit
