Using Files from other Beth games = Lawsuit?

What is the worst to expect when i release a mod that uses (lots of) soundfiles from Skyrim & Oblivion?

Do you guys know about a case where Bethesda actualy started a lawsuit against a modder who did use files from other Bethesda games in Morrowind? I dont want to pay thousands of dollars to them when i release this:

I know that there are mods and mod-compilations that use Oblivion sounds so i hope i will get away with it too :)

I was thinking about releasing the esp on PES/Nexus and put the soundfiles somewhere else.
Iam THINKING about it, this is not released anywhere yet!!!!

Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it as it has been done before.

You can't use assets from another game in Morrowind. If you still do it, you must be prepared to possibly face the consequences.
