Using model from mod 'A' and using it in mod 'B'

I'll try to keep this short.

I started using Realistic Fatigue, and one of the mods that complement it is http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21721 So far, I absolutely love the mod. However, the model that is used for the backpack has major clipping issues with bows and quivers.
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6422 lacks the features of "Inventory Is A Backpack", but the model used in it works perfectly with bows and quivers.

Would it be possible to take the model from the second mod, and use it instead of the larger one included with "Inventory Is A Backpack"?

How exactly would one do that though?

EDIT: I'll just hit random buttons and see what happens! :flamethrower:

Ok, so my second venture into the CS is almost done. When I drop the backpack on the ground, the correct model (The one from the second mod) shows, even though I am running "Inventory is a Backpack". However, when I equip the backpack, it is invisible. Any tips? All I did was change the Biped model and World model to the model that is included in the second mod.

you probably changed only the ground model, did you change the other model as well?

Be aware that the Backpacks mod mounts them as quivers in a different slot than the ones from Inventory Is A Backpack. Just exchanging the models won't work when you don't also alter the slots this occupies.
But right now I'm not even sure this will work at all. You might as well need to delete the old backpack items and create new ones with the same names to make them quivers. I don't really know anymore if quivers were clothing/armor items or rather weapons (different types of items altogether).
If I could run the CS on this netbook I would take a look for it myself, but sadly I can't, so I'm sorry.
