Using Old Mods With SSE - Can Anyone With Early CK Weigh In?

Post » Sat Oct 29, 2016 9:38 pm

I figure masterless mods, textures, meshes, etc., will work just fine with SSE, SKSE mods are out of the question for now obviously, but I want to know if it is necessary to re-save mods in the new Creation Kit to use them with SSE? Or maybe just certain kinds of mods need to be re-saved?

Any specific kinds of mods that don't need re-saving?

Do mods with scripts need to have their scripts recompiled?

If not all mods need to be converted, I figure that I can just transfer my mods over from my regular Skyrim install, but on that note: Are any of the mod managers, aside from NMM, compatible with SSE yet?

Well then, I should have known that a thread like this existed, but didn't think to check outside of the gamesas forums. Thank you.
