Can i use it? cause right now i don't have that much money. Can i use the keep? in the beginning using the wardens chest to store items? will they dissapear? .. i still haven't been to whiterun so the bandits won't show up.

I didn't realize the bandits only spawn after you visit Whiterun. If you are sure about that, you can probably use it though you should check the uesp wiki for the list of safe storage spots. in truth, if you are starting and really poor, you probably don't have that much to store, right? Once, I didn't bother finding safe storage and just dumped everything on the ground behind War Maidens. I think I was up to a 1,000 alchemical ingredients, weapons, and jewels when Whiterun suddenly loaded incompletely so I got scared and moved everything to a house.

If you can swing hiring a follower, you may be able to take over Anise's Cabin near Riverwood. The interior storage is safe there.

yeah they only respawn when you visit whitrun .. right immeatily when you talk to the front guard. then just wait 3 days .. the bandits will be their. but if you don't you won't. never.

The chests in the keep barracks are safe even after the bandits move in. I've used them for storage with no problem.

Never thought of trying to live in Helgen before....
