I want to play Oblivion, but I also want to have UESP up so that if I ever get stuck, fancy sticking something in the console - or anything else - I can do it. However, even if I play in windowed mode, I seem to be stuck in the game window, e.g. I can't drag my mouse outside the borders of it's window; not without opening what I want to use prior, and Fn+F8'ing (I forget the normal command - you know, the thing where you swap windows) to it. Is there a way to unfix the ability to only use Oblivion whilst it's running? I don't know if this should've been in the technical forum, but I just wanted an answer.

You can press ALT+TAB and click an icon, though I think perhaps there is a thing like you describe but I can't remember where I saw it

Yeah, that's what I meant alt+tabbing, I have a function key for it. Oh well, I'll make do.

if you have a gaming mouse or keyboard perhaps you can execute your browser and it will force focus away from the game
