is it a good idea to buy a touch computer screen for using in the tes construction set and is it even possible to use it?

its certainly possible, but would probably be pretty uncomfortable. zooming requires a mouse wheel and panning needs simultaneous keyboard/mouse input, and thats only two functions. i wouldn't go spending money on a touchscreen desktop at all, theres not much you can use them for and the fun factor runs out pretty quick.
