Using Unofficial Oblivion Patch with GOTY?

I've got Oblivion GOTY and in the bottom left corner the version says 1.1.425 but on TES Nexus it says the UOP is only compatible with version 1.2.0.416. How can I get the UOP into my game? Or am I just out of luck?

Two disc set? Install second disc with Shivering Isles on it. That should update you to 1.2.0416
