It still may not be called Fallout. But if it is I think it would be better.
If I can't have a thread about V13 it's ok. I wouldn't be surprised if it's locked since the legal dispute.
But anyhow , can you think you can wait 2 years ?

I'd be suprised if Interplay can last that long. They're not swimming with cash, they've got mounting legal bills with the whole bethesda lawsuit and they're not exactly got a lot of A-Grade titles on sale.

Project V13 does look interesting but will interplay be able to call it Fallout? having it made by people that worked on past fallouts is a plus, but it is 2 years away and there is alot is up in the air. I am more concerned about how New Vegas comes out and Fallout 4. I think Interplay is making it on their own with Out Bethesda. Interplay sold the rights to all fallout but Project V13 I can see legal problems ahead.

If V13 is ever made, it won't be by Interplay.

Win or lose, I doubt that Interplay will be able to last much longer after paying the legal fees for the lawsuit.

Most of the original developers from Black Isle, have likely since left Interplay, with some of them now in Obsidian Entertainment, working on Fallout: New Vegas.

Yeah well.... I believe there are only 2(?) original Fallout makers working on V13. I hope IPLY makes it in the end, regardless of lawsuit result. Although I can't tell if I'd be interested in actually playing it if it wasn't released under name of Fallout and with all the well-known stuff from Fallout world. (no Vault-Tec - no Fallout xP).
