Damn, wish I had a character in the inn right now. For all the four character's I've had control over, all of them are indisposed at the moment. Even Hrefn the Raven!

Regarding the Captain of the Guard, we'll have the interview for that Tomorrow, RP time. Whenever we get there!

I thought the Mage was in the inn at this time, while back in her own place earlier in the day.

Nope, she's spending the evening in her tower and examining the beast. Fiona would need a very good reason to find herself in a tavern. She has enough distaste for people when they come to her one at a time. A whole inn full of them? You'd have to drag her inside.

Actually, I'm going to hold off on this for a bit. Don't want to start something and not be able to see it through.

Allard is slipping back to his Altmer attitude of giving commands. Maybe being in a castle for the first time in years has gone to his head? :ermm:

Well, Tsavani did say thats where she was going to be telling her story... though I think she'll head over to the tower after she's done, seeing as there are no vacancies in the Inn.

I wish I had the time now, but the second part of Tsavani's story will have to wait until later tonight. She'll get a lot more... theatrical... now that she's finished laying out the base of her circumstances.

Yep, caught that. Oops. Thanks anyway

Fiona Barrow-Heart is now officially a quest-giver :P

@Scow2

I'm not sure if Fiona is going to want company tonight (as a fair warning), though she does seem quite impressed with the Khajiit, and could surely find her somewhere warm to sleep in the Keep if it comes to that.

I don't know how to handle this black soul business. I don't want to trivialise it by having my character just go out and kill some random man.. but I do need to be able to move around town pretty soon.

Fiona will figure out some temporary solution (hopefully something better than a dog..) for Allard to get about the town for now, if he is up for the Black Soul Gem business, don't worry.

Rawr. So this post is my hopefully temporary withdrawal from the RP. I've said I'll read up and post at least twice now, but I'm honestly beginning to think I don't have the spare time. However, I'd imagine this won't last forever, so I look forward to rejoining at some point. Later, brosephs and broskis.

You can always just have your character hanging out at the inn as a singing nobody...

Aye, it's sad to see you go Not Provided. Hope you do come back, I think Fiona and Elena might get on famously .

Also, Lizard Wizard, do you think it's worth making a new OOC thread too, while you are still on? This one won't last much longer, and I lack the powers to make a new one if the last one gets locked.

Sininging nobody? That sounds a lot like what I was doing! I'll try to get a post in later tonight though

That sounds like a good idea. At some point she'll just be like "Golly gee, important things are happening! Better spring to the rescue!"

On that regard you can count on Elarian offering a roof, along with training in spear handling. Of course, being the old hedonist he his, it means both in the litteral and Crassius Curio sense. In his mind it's a rather fair deal - roof, training, warm bath and massages to rest sore mucles traded for affection.

There's a new out-of character sign up thread: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1338963-valton-the-new-hold-ooc-and-sign-up-thread-4/

But yes, just post your character sheet, be accepted and start role-playing.

However, your current character seems a bit strange for a new-hold role-play. What exactly would your character be doing..? Also, a dwarven bow of burning is quite overpowered. As well as a dwarven sword. áre you new to role-plays? If so, give this a read: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/747418-so-you-think-you-can-rp/

The spell selections seems odd for an assassin - a flame atronach is something very obvious. Flaming weapons are on the blatant side too. Raising the deads might be of some use by pupeteering a fresh kill around to hide the fact he's dead, but it's a spell that's likely to draw a lot of attention and hostility.

In my opinion an assassin's spell list is likely to be oriented toward moving around unseen, weakening his tragets and cause confusion to escape.

I also agre with Gorbad that an assassin isn't likely to see much action in that RP. And in general assassins have troubles fitting into most RPs as they're usually kept at arm's length by most sensible persons (someone who's willing to kill just about anyone for money isn't someone most sensible persons want nearby. Espcially if they have ennemies of their own).
