Sarya is about to take over the inn, yes. The way I see it it is run by one or two of the Jarl's men, like Alguidar's farm was before he took over.
... Which then means that the inn will be in quite a shoddy state

@Asap: The Jarl will most likely not send anyone to the inn, because all the guards who even know something remotely related to building are at shimmermist mine. Your character should try to meet with one the carpenters if you need something built

Looks like the Jarls being a popular sod today. Cant blame you for taking it easy Vincent, though i fear poor old Gorbads going to need one soon too!
Even everyones favourite Hunter cant seem to catch a break lately, His to do list is in ruins.

- Pickup Fig Sap & supplies from General store - Trixy's gone walkabout so thats on hold.

It's not exactly accurate, although it could well work into the plot. Not really sure on how Vincent wants to further things.. so.. treading on eggshells again..

It's not exactly accurate, although it could well work into the plot. Not really sure on how Vincent wants to further things.. so.. treading on eggshells again..

It doens't really have anything to do with miners specifically, so it's be a false rumour. A false rumour may or may not add something though.

I am also going out of town this weekend again, but will have my computer so I will post something. I haven't even been able to read so I am a bit behind. Yes. You also need to note in your post that a somehwat crazy old dunmer entered the keep and trolled the Jarl for a bit, before leaving the Jarl. And well, the writer "Alfhed" is in the room right now as well. Sarya on the other hand left the keep. The khajiit is basically standing about, not talking to anyone.
