See, she can see the wolves fangs and that means the wolf is so close and is closing in on her. That means there will be no time for another character to rush and ask for help or go inside and find a tool to fight or anything. The character when reaches her, the wolf will probably close to her for dive or attacking her with running just for two or three second.Also when he reaches the Girl, he will most definitely be engaged in a fight withe wolf because of the close distance between the wolf and the girl and for rushing to her, Therefore there will be no time to kneeling next to her and holding her head in your hands and such and running to the house trying to open it and find a tool to come and fight the wolf. by the time you get back she will logically/ most definitely. be dead.
And if they say it may be hiricine, if I am not wrong, there is no way that Disturbing character know of it. but He RPed there with his knowledge from sign ups.

Jack passed out, next to the mutilated corpse of a cow. No wolves to be seen. He draw the conclusion that there had been wolves, however, by the wounds on the cow.

Had the black wolf with red eyes intended to kill, Jack wouldn't be alive. The encounter was supposed to bring some more depth to the wolf-attack that happened earlier, nothing more.

And smig got it right. It's not supposed to be an encounter between a blood-thirsty wolf, it's supposed to bring a mysterious feel to the wolf attack and point out that it's no normal pack of wolves that are moving around Valton.

I can see what you mean with a time-bubble now. One post expanded from midday to afternoon, her visit from the farm and the mannequin and up to the point of the rain and the wolf appearence.
