Vampire and Werewolf?

Post » Fri Oct 14, 2011 6:39 am

I was thinking, if Werewolves were confirmed, could you be both a vampire and a werewolf? Obviously they would clash, but would it be possible?

I hope not.
All that werevampire crap is really not for TES and would make things tasteless.
It would be same like gluing all your weapons into one super-weapon and have no weaknesses at all.

Plus, a werebear would make me much more happy than a werewolf.

No. Vampire or werewolf, no inbetween.

Also, people hates these threads because their features are not liked enough, so they're jealous.

No people hate these threads because they pop up a lot.

A hybrid doesn't make sense in my opinion.

I have never seen an article with either of those titles.

The biggest reason they don't allow you to be both is because it's generally overpowered for someone to have both, you usually get significant stat bonuses from a form or "affliction" in TES games.

I would think that you be a wolf with the benefits and downfall of vampires, when your not a wolf you look like a vamp.

No i wouldn't think so, no Hybrid that would be weird, but it would be cool to see werewolves fight vampires if they are both in the game, like clan raids and such.

It seems like almost every interview Todd Howard is in he mentions how he wanted to make stuff like armor, magic, etc all feel separate. I doubt that with all that you could be both a werewolf and a vampire cause that'd sorta make them feel less separate. Bethesda seems to like making things unique and what not.

Without having to choose between vampire or werewolf, how would you know if you liked Jacob or Edward more?

Everyone knows that it's impossible to like both of them equally.

That would just make a simple process complicated. Though this is entirely my own opinion.

Yep...

In the TES Skyrim a hybrid would be as simple as...

Vampire - More melee damage and vunelrable to sunlight if unfed, blood required.
Werewolf - More faster attacks, raw food has different effects. Change only occurs at night to gain melee damage buff (no beast legs?).

The 2 factors could easily be combined.

Dislike the films...mainly because of the hate bandwagon. I feel sorry for the actor who plays Jacob because I cant see him as a serious actor lol.

Plus I love sun-fearing vamps over glitterballs.
