Vampire attack in riverwood : V

Recently vampires attacked me in riverwood and after that every time I try to talk to my follower or any other npc they attack me.

what I do to get back to normal?

Did you happen to contract the Vampire diease (sanguiness vampirus?) during that attack?

More important, did the chicken survive the attack? River wood is very protective of that chicken.

If you did, you'll usually get NPCs commenting (before interacting with them) about your pale skin or your aversion to sunlight.
