It's a known bug for PS3. There is no fix. Either reload a save prior to becoming a vampire, and be more vigilant, or start a new game.

There can be only 1 solution for this problem: Bioware releasing the Vile Lair for the PS3.

Yeah i also play GOTY PS3... one of my characters i let become a vampire but a few weeks ago i wanted to start playing him again, but not as a vampire, i was about to start the quest then i read somwhere on internet (on a few websites) that the vampire cure quest is bugged and doesn't work on PS3 GOTY :(

Vampire dungeons are my favourite of the lot though so I just pray if i contract hemorphillia. i haven't done them really on my evil characters so i am going to find a way to get rid without praying as i just made a few hours ago my new character .

You can still enter the lairs. I bring along on all outings, 3 sprigs of Mandrake Root. When I'm done clearing out a vampire lair, I eat one root upon leaving. Cures my disease, and done. Check the Active Spell Effects Menu when you battle vampires.

I wouldn't mind to say how rude it might sound 'suffer you're consequences' - If you get 'diseased' there are atleast two or three warnings before you become a vampire ...

Otherwise If you play you vampire good there shouldn't be a serious problem, just don't wait to long before you get thirsty ... And try to be a 'night person' instead of a 'day person' - yes that last one is a bit annoying since nearly all merchants close after 8 PM ...
