I made a new character a female Nord and took Harkons offer, she is now a vampire lords but her eyes do not glow like Serana's or Harkons they are a pale yellow. Is this a bug or a glitch with the game ? I know my Dark Elf had glowing eyes and they worked ok earlier today and nothing has changed in my mods list.

Most female characters from what I hear/read get Serana's eyes..males get glowing gold/yellow eyes.

Its a glitch supposedly.

Ok the Nord female character her eye just have a normal look to them but they just changed from a Blue colour to Yellow. No actualy glow. I will look for a mod to fix this thank you.

I personally enjoy the vanilla Skyrim Vampire look, it'd be perfect if they merely made the red eyes glow rather than making them yellow but meh.

Still annoys me my Imperial Volkihar is tanned....

The Vanilla Skyrim vampires look a lot more..Vampiric than the Dawnguard Volkihar Vampires.

Ya' know pale snow white skin and red and black eyes.

Should have had two different types of Vampires..the vanilla vampires (thin-bloods) and Volkihar.

When my main character entered the Soul Cairn, I chose vampire, but her eyes didn't change. No glow at all. Afterwards, I also didn't get the dialogue from the Dawnguard where they refuse to speak to my character anymore.
It could be a bug, or maybe it's a result of the large amount of mods I have active.

Just yesterday my guy's eyes changed every so often...they went from being that glowie orange to looking like they had been gouged out...now he really looks like the living dead.

My only solution was to save and load, that seemed to fix it (for a while at least).

The only thing that changed was that I installed a new sword mod for a dai-katana, which shouldn't have had any impact at all...

It seems that nord female vampires are glitched. My breton female vamp has serana's eys.

I found a mod that fixed mt Nord Female eyes so now they glow as they should do. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23375 this is the link to the mod. Works well with the mods I have already installed and fixs the hazel eyes from the vanilla game.

Agreed. I`d love them to have glowing crimson eyes rather than the yellow look.
I do love the bestial look some of them have though...like they`re half way through a transformation or something.
