What triggers it?
Is it random, or do you have to do your power attack when you are low on HP?
I've only gotten it once so far, and i wasn't paying attention to my HP bar, i noticed it refilled it completely though


On a side note, as i added the vampire lord power with console, without being a vampire, how do i get people to attack me?
