One of your mods is missing a mesh. Re0install your mods correctly and the problem will go away.

You can also try to verify your steam cache. That triangle reminds me of Morrowind

HueHue, did you install of the unofficial patches properly? The load order should be:

Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp
Dragonborn.esm
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp

HighResTexturePack01.esp
HighResTexturePack02.esp
HighResTexturePack03.esp
Unofficial High Resolution Patch.esp

Also, as Pseron mentioned, if you're using any other texture/mesh replacers, make sure they're installed properly.
