For some reason, everyone I talk to does the whole "YOU WON'T GET MY BLOOD LOL" thing, even though my character is not a vampire.

The only weird thing happening I can think of was when I went to level up I became a vampire accidentally, so I reloaded the game and drank a cure disease potion.

I then went to level up like normal, however the first time I slept it didn't level me up, the only discrepancy I can think of.

People have posted this problem before. I couldn't find anything on the wiki, and I"ve never had this problem myself.

If you want to correct it, I recommend exiting the game and loading a save from before becoming a vampire then cure the disease.

I know you say you've loaded a save and then cured the disease, but sometimes it's important to completely shut down the game then start again in order to clear out some status flags. The flag (aka variable) that causes people to say that may not have been cleared.

Or on the PC you can try the console command:

player.additem 977E4 1

which adds the cure potion. Then you can drink it. Even if your not a vampire it should hopefully reset whatever needs to be reset.

The worst part of it is, I usually go back to my hideout and save right after every dungeon raid, but this time I decided to do two, and got a ton of nice weapons that I don't want to lose.

I'll try the potion thing.
