Werewolves are mighty warriors. Worthy of battling the Mighty Orc Gromm. He would like to meet them in the frozen wastes of Skyrim.

i would love to be able to be half-vampire and half-werewolf. it would be cool to have the strengths of both but none of the weaknesses. but this sounds way too overpowered. still if it was possible to do in the game it would have to be extremely hard for players to get both.

Vampires should be able to feed on the sleeping and through a sneak attack that instant kills from behind.

Impossible. It is general concensus that to become a Vampire you must die. The therianthropic disease Sanies Lupinus is incredibly potent once a humanoid is infected. It is even powerful enough to overcome the dreaded Corpus disease, no doubt it would also defeat Porphyric Hemophilia.

Hurry up and confirm at least vampires in Skryim! Do it! It will spare you the countless threads on the subject(Although I have no problem with them).

It would be fun if you could be either a Volkihar or a Cyrodiil vampire.
And then you would have to side with the Vampire faction you belong to against the other one.
Would not be hard to do, maybe the Order is trying to take over Skyrim for whatever reason and the Volkihar don't like that. Vampire war ensues. :D
Another possibility should be a Vampire Hunter guild to side with. For "those" people.

For Werebeasts I'm not so sure, from most of the lore I've read so far they are mindless beasts while transformed.

My thoughts exactly! Savage monsters vs civilized monsters.

Join the Order. They took control of Cyrodiil from other competitors. They manipulate society and deceive people while appearing to be noble humans(Seridur, Jakben, Lord Lovidicus). Their infiltration may go as far as the High Council itself.

Janus Hassildor used the player(Manipulate is such a strong word) to kill savage vampires in Bloodcrust cavern. He still used you to do his work. Janus has Order written all over him. He even parallels the tenets.

Territorial protectors and wrathful upon intruders:

"The Cavern is silent once more. I would be foolish to think that this might send a message to those who would encroach on my territory."Janus on the subject of clearing the cavern.

"These foes may one day threaten to impugn our sovereignty within the boundries of Cyrodiil, thus compelling our vigilance. Should and enroach upon our dominion, our wrath must be swift and total."-Order vampire tenets.

"They have given in to their instincts, and are little more than animals. They need to be exterminated, one way or another."-Janus Hassildor

"I assure you, I am not responsible for them. I would never be so careless. Where there are mindless animals, predators are never far behind. This is not the first time such a thing has happened, however. On some level, they’re aware of my presence. Whether they covet all that I have, or simply wish to see it destroyed, I do not know. [/b]-Janus Hassildor on wild vampires.

"There was but one tribe in Cyrodiil, a powerful clan who had ousted all other competitors, much like the Imperials themselves had done."-Immortal Blood.

We know little of the Volkihar, so I am voting Cyrodiil's Order of vampires. As cool as pulling people from under the ice without breaking it sounds. I rather walk in the sunlight when I have to and pose as a human while pulling the strings of society and still managing to svck them dry of blood and profit. Both clans sounds mostrous, but the Order more so because they deceive and kill at the expense of others. While they still may have a human side(Janus mourned the death of his wife. Lord Lovidicus fell in love with a mortal woman--an orc no less.)

Not so Mr. Gromm...Lycanthropes are not necessarily mindless beasts no more than vampires are...Though while their transformations change them into beasts, it is the prey they choose that dictates their mindlessness...

Huh?

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Charwich-Koniinge,_Volume_1

"The werewolf emerged from the gloom, brown and black, with slavering jaws, looking at me with the eyes of the cemetery caretaker, now given only to animal hunger. I have no doubt that a werewolf has greater energy reserves than a man, but it is a beast and does not know how to save and temper its movements."

And vampires do have more control when it comes to their vampirism. At least the Cyrodilic vampires do. They have more control than any other known clan.

"I have rediscovered purpose, though it took nearly a century. I have finally gained some measure of control over the blood frenzy. I think I will try to establish a life among the living in one of their great cities."-Jakben Earl of Imbel.

"Our bond with Vile makes us unique among our kind, for his guidance steels our savage craving with reason and savvy."-Manifesto.

Do you know how long Vampires of the Order can live? I'm guessing as long as they like?
I need to know for a RP I'm thinking of. :ninja:

As long as they like. They are immortal after all(In the sense that they cannot age).

Lord Lovidicus is over two hundred years old. Vicente Valtieri is over three-hundred, making him the oldest in the game--although he was infected in Vvadfenfell, not Cyrodiil. If someone doesn't kill them, they can live throughout the centuries and never die.

Also, PM me your ideas for the RP. I would love to RP in a topic made for vampires(I have two vampire characters who everyone thinks is humans :P)

Allright.
It was not a forum RP though. Just a character for Oblivion I might write about eventually.
My idea was that he would be a young Redguard Swordfighter from Yokuda and after he ended up in Tamriel became a mercenary and eventually a vampire.
Which would make him... Pretty damn old. I guess I could use him in some kind of Vampire forum RP though.
It's just hard avoiding the whole Mary Sue/Gary Stu thing.
