I'm less concerned with whether they are included, more concerned with if they will be fun if included.

Werewolf quests and Vampire quests are essential. Otherwise they get boring REAL fast.

The Werebeast "Experience" needs to be new. You should feel like an animal when you're a were-beast.

... and make normal humans who do not have Lycanthropy turn into werewolves.

I think you've misread my post. I'm against the ring doing this. Lycanthropy shouldn't be so... casual. It should be hard, that's the whole point of any kind of werewolf lore you'll find.

^ I agree i lke the whole hard thing and being able to use the ring to become one is stupid imho it should only be able to do that IF and ONLY if you were cured of being a werewolf and can't become it by getting biten again so thats ur only option OR it should not be used by none werewolf players

and if u use it on a werewolf character it should stop the transformation down or atlest stall it for like a day or something

Vampires first, Werewolves second, for me. What would a Dark Brotherhood sanctuary be without at least one vampire?

I totally agree... as long as there isn't a gay ass twilight reference in one of the quests

I think in a magazine article in oxm one of the devs stated there were going to be werewolves.

I hope they bring back the ring from bloodmoon

I also hope too.
Also, Hircine's Ring could be used to control our lychantorphy.
Usually you turn into the werebeast every full moon(?), but when you do a quest, you will get Hircine's Ring witch will allow you to turn into a werebeast when you want.

I will never use Hircine's ring. I always felt to revel in the savage nature of Lycanthropy.

Oddly enough I'm not really interested in werewolves. The lore behind them is boring and typical (what little there is). If they flesh it out in Skyrim my opinion will obviously change. Vampires on the other hand, have me curious. Ever since reading about the "lake lurkers" as I call them, I wanna find out everything I can about them.

Yes, I would like to see more lore on the origins of the creations of werewolves by Hircine...And those 'lake lurkers' also sound pretty damned interesting too. I do think those 'lake lurkers' are much closer to what a true vampire should be, an eternally hideous parasitic beast...

I would love to see werewolves, vampires, and other undead creatures make it into Skyrim. They add an interesting element to gameplay, especially with the possibility of contracting the illnesses yourself. I see no reason for them to leave it out, and they don't need to have a bunch of intricate quests to include them So, I want to see werewolves in Skyrim! :D

I agree Lady Syl...I would love to see something akin to having and being part of a werewolf clan or pack...Praise be to Hircine, god of the hunt, father of man-beasts...

I hope that we are able to infect others with Sanies lupinus. It would be neat to be able to create our own pack but to balance it out the chance of infecting a victim should be very low and with radiant AI the infected would most likely choose to cure themselves. In the event that doesn't happen radiant AI should still rule how the NPC deals with their condition. Some may join, others not so much kinda thing.

The werewolf lore may be boring to some because we don't know much about werewolves. Save the fact that they are people who turn into blood-thirsty wolf-beasts at night. And we know most of them are Hircine's hounds during the Bloodmoon which varies every era. We don't know if werewolves are immortal or who was the first werewolf. We know alot about vampires, their clans and how they feed. Just about the basics of them.

Obtaining Lycanthropy and having to find out more about it to get a cure would be so cool. Not only would we get lore, but have to track down information like who was the first and how it happened ect. I think it would be immensely interesting. I think going this far is a bit wishful thinking though.

Werewolves haven't been confirmed yet. Just hinted as a possibility. Vampires are in for sure; Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind and Oblivion had them. I want the Order to be in Skyrim, they are so badass.
