Vampire vs. Werewolf

Is it possible to have both vampire lord and werewolf powers at the same time.....?

Yes, actually you can. Transform right before you drink the blood, or something of that nature, it'd be better if you looked it up yourself.

Who'd want such a thing? Only one of my characters chose vampirism, and none of them are werewolves. Even my Harbinger never actively used his werewolf transform, and cured it as soon as he could.
