I got to thinking today about this while playing through Dawnguard. No spoilers, I promise

Do Vampires have vampire babies, or are vampires created with the "bite?" I ask because I was wondering about the "task" taken on by The Dawnguard, and my part in it. Will I be killing vampire babies? I don't know if I could.

Then I got to thinking about "the cure", and how offering a Vampire that choice first, then dealing with them if they declined I could do. But a baby is born "as is" with no choices involved in its creation.

Serana is another matter...

These are the cool morality conflicts I like in The Elder Scrolls games. How about you?
