Okay so I just seen the E3 demos and its started an addiction. Do you think vampires will be in Skyrim? I was originally hoping for werewolves but I doubt that will happen.

But in all seriousness what do you think? They've been in the games since Daggerfall at least. I doubt that they wouldn't be in Skyrim, though I'd gladly trade vampires for werewolves.

I don't think vampires are very hard to do so it's a good chance they'll be in. Werewolves? Well there's a rumor going around that the guy holding a maul in the Official Playstation Magazine Skyrim article is one in human form. According to some random guy on YouTube, his friend talked to a Bethesda developer at E3 and they told him not only are they confirmed but characters with lycanthropy will gain particular features like pupiless yellow eyes when not in werewolf mode. Of course, how reliable is that?

vampires are a given.

playable werewolf would be more trouble than its worth, considering the lore needed to be involved.

though werebeasts in general yeah, just not playable.. i dont see the point. And it would clearly be a fan service thing to include. MGS4 shows what happens when you try and please the fans more than maintain a sense of internal logic.

Twilight ruined werewolves, the Morrowind werewolves rocked. I don't like vampires, and I certainly hope they don't sparkle if they have to be in Skyrim XD, but I would love to see werewolves.

The way I see it, Twilight is STILL influencing these threads, especially if you hated the "Amazing adventures of Pants and Spakles the Vampire!" because you now want something that will be popular to "fix" vampires and werewolves.

I just wish a developer would once and for confirm whether werewolves are in the game. It'll stop these threads from popping up.

I don't see a point in making a thread about whether or not there will be vampires or werewolves, when you alread know that neither have been confirmed and that no one else knows either...because it hasn't been confirmed!! So, use your brain, werewolves are a mystery, we have no reason to believe they may or may not be in Skyrim, just our opinions, but it is highly likely that vampires will return. So, why make a thread on something you can figure out yourself?

People want Vampires and Lycanthrophes in TES because it is pretty much the only sandbox game that allows it. I can honestly tell you fans of Vampires and Lycanthrophes hate Twilight as much as everyone else.

So please stop it with the Twilight nonsense, it is rude and simply false.

For the speculation? The off chance that a developer might just pop in and say "Hey guys vampires/werewolves are in the game." Once you get an answer hopefully these threads will disappear forever. In the mean time I know that vampires are going to be in they have been in every game since Daggerfall and it probably doesn't take too much work to make them. Its the werewolves that are the true mystery as it'll take a lot more time to program them into the game.

More like too young to understand. I was trick or treating as Nosveratu and playing werewolf attacks with my siblings when you were probably still a twinkle in you'r fathers eye.

If you associate vampires and werewolves with Twilight, that's pretty lame.

Or a troll who is fully aware of how ridiculous he sounds. In which case 10/10 for the response.
