I became a vampire once and so I went to Falkreath asked about rumors went to Morithal and got cured. But in the process of killing the Vampire Lord, I became a vampire again and I can't seem to find a way to cure it. please help!

go back to Falion (the guy in Morthal) and he should be able to cure you again.

It takes 3 days to turn into one. Did you fast travel without noticing you caught the VD? (Vampire disease people jeez).
Like PK said, you gotta go back to Morthal.

Protip: Cure Disease potions.After fighting vampires, check to see if you have "Sanguinaire Vampiris" in your active effects. If so, use some of them to cure it. If it goes uncured for 3 days, you become a vampire

Ok fixed it. I guess I wasn't vampire enough. I had Sarena make me a Vampire Lord, then the option was there. Thanks for your help guys!
