Also, it's very tasty.

Well, in this case I will gladly drink the blood of young people when I'm an elderly person. Cool.
Better watch them old folk now. They're gonna be out for us young people and our tasty blood.
Seriously though, This is pretty neat to know.
In other news in CDtropolis:
The birth rate is raising at a sharp rate but a rapid decrease in the general forum population is believed to be a recent surge of human sacrifice as older users are now sacrificing and drinking the blood of more youthful members. The birth rate is believed to be for human cattle.
In entirely unrelated news, Soylent Green is hitting the shelves as prices for it are dropping and according to our reviewers, it's a meal to die for!
I love feasting upon my own blood anyways.
The restorative properties are just a nice bonus.
Just wait until they start making dentures with fangs.
As if the baby boomers needed any more excuse, they'll now be literally bleeding us dry, the unemployed, homeless youth of today, whilst wealthy sanguine boomers sit on their stagnant housing market for thousands of years, demanding ever higher taxes on the disadvantaged youth to support their millennium-long pensions, whilst kidnapping any particularly healthy youths to be ground down into Starbucks Haemo-frappe-lattes.
Now we know where all those missing children go.
I'll just take the blood of hot blonde virgins with huuuge racks.

Wait.. so blood transfusions actually work??
wow
I'm still young. Hmm... I think I should start saving plasma so when I'm old I can just transfuse it and be young again.
/brilliant plan
The real question is: Does it work in reverse?
I don't even touch other peoples blood. Why would I drink it?, [censored] gross.
What, old people blood making you older?
This makes me think of that alien life force drain machine from Babylon 5. We could use this as a method of capital punishment, force the condemned to swap all their good blood for that of a diseased old person.
The article says yes. Older blood in a younger host cause its cells to replicate and repair more slowly.
You don't drink it. It gets transfused into you. And its the plasma that has the protein, not the rest. I would hesitate to even call it blood at that point :/
