this is weird in the new game I made for GRA the Vangraffs wouldent stock the GRA energy weapons and even when I killed them and waited several days(and fast traveled here and there) the vendertron doesnt update to have the energy weapons like it should

however when i loaded up an old save file from a previous playthrough where the vangraffs where dead the vendertron sells the GRA energy weapons like it should... so any one else have this problem?
