after logging into game I checked on my explorer and found her to be dead. she had scavenged over 350 caps and 5 items. I hit resurrect and at the same time a new baby was born, the naming box came up. I accepted the suggested name and both windows closed. My headcount (on the cog) incremented by 1 then immedietely went back down. Checking my headcount list my explorer had vanished entirely. she is no longer listed, and clicking the wasteland finds nothing. reloaded the game, she is still gone. I realise she must have hit a temporal land mine and winked out of existence, but I really needed that gear!
