Various questions I hope can be answered.....

Post » Fri Jan 10, 2014 9:36 am

1) Is there a console command to make myself jump high or fly? I tried setflying 1 and setsuperjump 1 and neither worked. Im basically looking for a quick way around the map.

2) is there a console command to spawn a bargain levitation potion in my invent?

3) Do any ambient sound fx mods exist for tamriel rebuilt? (like ASE)

4) What are distant statics and do I want to increase or decrease them for better FPS?

5) Are all containers in the game safe? Ie can I just move into any house without my loot dissapearing?

Thanks.

Try this http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Console here for console commands:

player->SetFlying Sets the player's flying mode. To get this command to work, enter the console command and then cast a Levitate Spell. The effect should now last until you disable the flying with the console.

player->SetSuperJump Allows super jump (0 — disables).

maybe You just forgot player->

the code for the potion is:

Bargain Rising Force Potion = p_levitation_b

player->AddItem p_levitation_b 1

All containers which you can put your stuff in are safe BUT your items risk being flagged as stolen and hence will be confiscated by the guards if they arrest you.

tcl also works for flying though be warned if you use it in towns it should be coupled with tai since it can cause npcs to get stuck in odd places.

Distant statics is a feature of MGE's distant land that allows you to see objects such as flora, rocks, and buildings in the distance. You can disable it or set the minimum distant static size higher for better FPS, you can also decrease static detail although this can result in broken geometry in meshes
