I think I used the term, "possibly correct" and stated numerous times I don't feel it's a "show stopper" issue. This thread was intended to see if anyone had any potential evidence (from the limited video / info we have at this point) to support or refute this "exploit" being in FO4,

I think a discussion of whether or not it is something that needs "fixing" is secondary to investigating (with the very limited info we have) IF it actually EXISTS in FO4 or not.

BTW, my opinion of what I have seen of VATS in FO4 so far is quite positive and in no way mean to indicate this possible "exploit" makes VATS less usable or viable in normal play.

I once wrote for those guys: Man, you could abuse that system. But just like the various cheats and exploits in Beth games, a little self-control solved all problems.
