So I was one of the people who had this glitch and after 4 days of not being able to play I said f it and restarted got to level 9 right after reunions quest waiting for nick valentine to come back after killing Kellogg.

Sell some gear to Percy bam no weapons luckily I had a save right there so I go back . I have my weapons go to sanctuary to build bam no guns after exit build mode . Go back to my save go to weapons workshop in DC and bam no weapons no vats not nothing . Bethesda you really gotta figure out your games before putting them out
