Hello everyone!

Fairly new to the modding scene but I'm determined to make this work, I have a few months free coming up so I can pour some time into this and I have an idea that I would really appreciate some feedback on and I can tailor your suggestions into a mod in progress rather than go back on things halfway through

Vault 7 was another vault in the Mojave area that was filled exclusively with Non-Americans, and inside was a whole bunch of families from other cultures with memorabilia from the past and movies and video's and old recordings to retain their sense of nationalism and cultural identity. It was a success in regards to the fact that there was a high survival rate and when the vault door opened just a few years before the Courier incident, all these people came crawling out to see the new world. However, rivalry has built up between these cultures from incidents that happened hundreds of years ago and they all scattered their different ways in the wasteland to carve out their new lives.
What my mod will do is give your game a whole new vault to explore (Originally named Vault 7 but because the first democratically elected overseer was British with a passionate love for James Bond, the name was changed) and a new player housing. The Courier (who will affectionately be referred to as "Yank" or variations there of) will have to quest through the desert and free some former members of Vault 007 who have run into a spot of bother and bring them back home. A few items and perhaps weapons of memorabilia will have survived in this vault that will become available after bringing the respective character home, who will also go on to function as merchants, quest givers and in a couple of cases, companions! It will be a mod of settling old and new scores, celebrating national identity and solving some mysteries. Why will nobody talk about the Overseer? What in the world is England working on in his spare time? And how did a vault with such a high survival rate end up with such a low surviving population?

That's my patter, for a shorter version with more explanation, I hope to be adding in a whole new, pretty lore-friendly vault with a room that gets assigned to you after you've completed a certain number of quests and items, armours and weapons from cultures all around the world. There will be lots of voice actors in the future from lots of other countries, as I feel as if it will add the to charm and character of some of the actors. So before I embark too fully on this idea, what do people think? Are there any questions? Is there any interest? Constructive criticism is more than welcome too!
