I went back to vault 111 after getting the master locksmith perk to get the cryo gun but when I got to vault 111 there was a black dome over the elevator to go down, the vault door you stand on to go down was gone, and when I step on where the door should be a loading screen starts up but it never goes away so I can't get in the vault.

I don't even know what caused the glitch to happen, I can only assume it had something to do with building structures in sanctuary because I have a save from about 24 hours of progress back from where I am currently where I hadn't built any thing yet besides defenses, food, and water and the vault is fine on that save but I'm not going 24 hours back for one gun.
