Has anyone noticed while leaving vault 111 that one of the cryopods is empty?Why would it be so?Have I missed something?

No, you haven't missed anything. I also notice that, but it doesn't matter.

When I noticed it, I looked around and concluded that this person probably did not get to the vault in time.

Or it was Deacon, the guy who says "I miss the old world" sometimes. He is a Chinese spy I tell 'ya, got to the vault, got out of his pod and did not check if there were other survivors. He is so friendly towards you because he feels regret for not looking around better and getting you out sooner.

Yeah that was someone who didn't make it. I was thinking for awhile that would be a great way to mod/dlc a whole separate main character with a different backstory into the game, maybe that drug dealer from sanctuary >.>; ( he was probably out doing a drug deal at the time and did't make it..)

There's another one that's empty. On the far end of the same row yours is in IIRC. I always figured it's just because someone didn't make it or they never managed to get that last person signed up or something.
