Somewere east of the Capital Wasteland lay's a Vault, Vault 111. Vault 111 was one of the few Vaults that was supplied with The Garden of Eden Creation Kit and they had planned to go outside of the Vault in the year 3000 to use the G.E.C.K. but one day a man from the Vault James South stole the G.E.C.K. from the Vault and fled. Vault 111 was in peril for the next three day's because they needed the G.E.C.K. for there future children so the Overseer of the Vault sent a group of Vault Dwellers out in the Wasteland to chase down James South and get the G.E.C.K. back or do not bother coming back. These brave Vault Dwellers were supplied with three bottles of water a 10 mm Pistol with 100 rounds and a Vault Security suit.


* No God Modding
* No Killing Other Character's without permission
* No starting out with strong weapons and armor (Unless you are BoS or Enclave)
* You may change sides at any time but you must have a reason
* You have to eat and drink to stay alive (You can go without out food and water for 3 and a half day's max)
* You can only collect caps from human enimies and and drawers or containers
* Romance is allowed but to a certain level
* You can join raiders, slavers etc.
* You can use weapon that exist in our world too
* No wipeing out whole towns or settlements by your self
* Other then these rules you can pretty mich do anything else
* You can be born outside the Vault

After this he became a bit more serious and then one day he missed his day for guarding and the G.E.C.K. was stolen so Josh thought that it is his responsiblilty to go after it.

After years of exposure to the many hazards of the wastes, he's gotten used to everything that can make people give up and die. He enjoys telling stories to anyone he meets, most are impossible to believe. He can't stand the rouges of the wastes, the raiders and slavers.
