My vault door is open and the lights are flashing in my top floors like there is an incident but nothing is there. I am unable to upgrade or build any rooms.

Ive tried restarting the game and my phone but nothing will work. Just waiting for a game update now, hopefully that will work.

Any suggestions on what to do?
