So today i recieved a number of notifications about legendary characters in lunchboxes, despite my previously turning off the notifications from this app. Neat, i thought, so i open the game to see that i have no vault. Yes my vault was saved to the cloud but it still disappeared. This is very discouraging as its the second time ive had an issue with this app like this and i had recently purchased lunchboxes. Anyone have any clue what the hell is going on with this app?

The app was not deleted and reinstalled since the time said vault was made.

As soon as you find out, let us all know. This is really upsetting.

I had the same happen paid for handymen and a few lunchboxes then next time after the update i loaded to play and noticed it said open vault . Rather than open vault (number) . So i looked at the saves and my save was gone . Including a lot of hours work and ultimately the ingame purchases i had made sent an email to them and recieved an automated email stating they couldnt even do anything including a refund or boost ?

After recent update I log into day and my vault not there all that time wasted can I get my vault back pff.

Think it is kinda of wrong I made a post about my vault being deleted on October 24 2015 and I have yet to hear back at all
