I'm having some issues here...

The only quest that showed in my log was the one to rescue to cat, which I did.

Otherwise I:

-Tested the Fruit

-Offered to get more fertilizer (no option to turn it in however)

-Gave a Blood Sample to Doc Forsythe (even though getting it from the PC would render his experiement useless since the PC isn't a comparison to the people born in the Commonwealth)

-Talked to the children at school

-Spoke to everyone, searched corner to corner several times

I cannot talk to the Overseer to advance to another quest that I read comes after the cat quest. As far as I can tell, someone named Calvin does not exist.

I reloaded to a game before I did anything in Vault 81 and carefully repeated each one individually with no quest multitasking, and it turned out the same.

Am I missing something or does these quests just not work?
