I've tried multiple times to activate the quest Vault 75. It just won't spawn and the commander does not spawn the key card. I am unable to obtain the collectible in there. I do not have any other quests that are telling me to travel to Vault 75. I looked around and found it to be a common problem on forums however did not see an official complaint logged on the Bethesda forums. I have tired power cycling and uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I came here to post the same issue. I have heard that there is a quest that is supposed to start when you enter the vault, but it never popped for me. I have tried different times of day/night and restarting from earlier saves without any luck. I have tried to clear it multiple times and no one has the key card on them. I am unable to get the bobblehead in this area.

Same here I was just using a YouTube bobble head guide. I had no quests going into vault 75, no quest spawned destroyed everything in the vault no key cards. Please fix this

Same here. Spam bug report to Bethesda until this is fixed. Can't collect all of the bobble heads until this is fixed.

Also having the same issue, have all of the magazines and bobbleheads besides the ones in vault 75 because of this bug. Made an account just to post about it and hoping bethesda fixes it. Don't want to make a new character just to get one achievement...

Glad I am not alone in this. quest won't trigger no matter what I do. The last bobble head I need to complete the set.
