i already got the fake papers and i cant take the test.....how can i get full citizenship and get into the vault?

This is a tough one to answer...if only because it took me a little while before I figured it out on my own but was dang happy I did. So instead of giving you any direct answers I'll lead you in the direction which could grant you citizenship. Talk to Lynette. Gain a quest. Talk to EVERYBODY you can inside Vault City. Figure out who to talk to after completing said quest.

If you can't figure it out from this hint, there's always google. :shrug:

It is possible to pass the test? I suppose.... Its also possible the sun might explode tomorrow.

Okay, maybe passing the test is a little more likely, but not by much. Is there anyone else who might have that kind of authority?

What about a leader? Could a leader give you citizenship?

So you spoke to Lynette, Crabby little cow isnt she? Can you fix the problem? Maybe some leader in Gecko can give you pointers?

So you know how to fix the plant now.. .But Lynette wants you to solve the problem, not the plant? Thats not very nice is it?

Maybe someone else can give you citizenship.... A political rival? Someone more reasonable?

Someone with a simpsons's-style name?

Solution: Get the "Fix the problem" quest from Lynette, find out how to fix it from Harold, and tell McLure about the solution, then fix the plant. McClure will give you citizenship.

The most easy way to get into Vault City:

Speak with the person that offers the real day-pass, and don't wear any kind of armor. He will be amazed by your vaul-suit and give it to you instantly.
