Is Vault Crash Going to be Fixed? Should I Request Refund?

To Bethesda Support,



I purchased Mr Handys and Lunchboxes for my vault. Since a crash with version 1.3, my vault has not been loadable. I'm OK with waiting for a fix, but I would like to know this issue is going to be addressed and a timeframe.



If the issue is not going to be addressed, could you please let me know so I can begin the process of requesting a refund.

I submitted more specific information about my issue in a support email to Bethesda and in an earlier post in this forum.



As others have mentioned, the automated support reply email provides no assistance other than suggesting rebooting your device and checking this forum. Replying to their automated reply got no response.



My hope is that Bethesda will provide some information about how they plan to fix the situation.



I was also planning to give them some time before assuming their lack of support provides my answer about their desire to fix the problem. A simple "We're working on it." from Bethesda would go a long way.

I would suggest you wait 3 business days for contact on how to get the refund and if they do not respond to file a complaint with either apple or android depending on the device you used to make the purchase as bethesda has shown not to be reliable in most cases for this kind of issue for the game.

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.



HAVE YOU SPENT MONEY ON THIS APP???



Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:

Any time a new feature (holiday themes, items etc), new pop up ad or bug fix is added, expect a crash.


Expect also that deleting/reloading will do nothing.


Further, expect absolute zero coherent response from Bethesda- not via email, and not in the forums. Any email exchange you have will be so incredibly ridiculous you will be disgusted. At most,you will be redirected to the forum, wherein no one from Bethesda will address or acknowledge any problem.


If you do not mind a game which freezes for up to two weeks at a time, upon which you are encouraged (by those crash-inducing ads) to purchase features (which also seem to herald the crashes) and for which the company who represents the game has no apparent duty to inform customers as to the status- - if these things are ok with you, then don't bother with a refund. Lol personally I agree with shartnpants....

How long did the refund take to process?


Still waiting on mine. Since 1.3 came otut, I think I got 2 or 3 days' play out of the vault that has my pets, Handys, and lunchboxes I paid for since August. So this crash keeps me locked out of all the purchased add-ons.
