I had played my vault earlier today, around 12:15pm (noon) CST. The game did not update today. It had updated yesterday.

At 4:20pm CST I attempted to play the game and the screen now shows no vaults. My vault is gone.

This is not the first time this has happened. This issue has not only affected my but also my wife who plays this game on her phone (Nexus 5, Android version 5.1). This glitch has cost me real money. You are responsible for replacing either the items or the money, but I'd be happy to get my vault back.

• Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build?

The game was not deleted or reinstalled. The update handled this. However your update performs is how it performs.

• If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it?

The update notification indicated that Fallout Shelter needed to update. I chose to allow it. One assumes that you have actually tested these updates for these issues.
