In that case I'll go with my heart. :)

This is not based on game-play mechanics...

And even then, I'm pretty sure with the CO and the VD would own by pure virtue of the Sniper perk.

I guess no matter what, the fight would be bloody, and short!

Chosen one with the skill book, advanced power armor mark II and a bozar would kill them all in just one turn.

Lone Wanderer. Pretty hard to compete with a Demi God (in my game the LW & Courier are the same person, the latter with amesia :D ).

I'd probably have to go with the Vault Dweller and Chosen one.

Between them, they took on the Master, his super mutant army, the Enclave at their height, and Frank Horrigan. Aka, the baddest super mutant/cyborg/Secret Service agent ever.

You forget though!

Also, Both the LW and Courier can't be targeted in the eyes/groin, so that's impossible.

The only thing worse than versus threads is versus threads where people say that changes in gameplay mechanics and using the console to cheat are in-universe proof that their preferred character would win the fight.

They clearly haven't been on the bad side of a vindicator minigun with the Sniper Perk, Bonus Rate of Fire, Fast Shot, and twelve action points. You're talking about as much as 6,000 damage in one turn.

LW/C

I'm still waiting for an explanation as to what the LW/C have that the VD/CO doesn't. I'm even gonna go out on a limb and say that that the Chosen One can beat them both with his 90% DR, 55 AC, 6000 damage in one turn, his 300% in each skills, and his level capping at 99.

Well if game mechanics dont count when Courier knows the wasteland better when VD/CO/LW and LW was taught how to fire from a young age, i would also believe that he had many fights with butch and his tunnel snakes.

How does the courier "know the wasteland" better? He could have been sheltered his whole life and just got out to find a job and it was the courier job...THe chosen One was the "most powerful warrior/Smartest member of his tribe. The VD was the only one that wasn't prepared. (IIRC they drawed straws and you got the short one)

You really don't expect that shooting at stationary targets with BB gun compares to the real feeling of holding a rifle and being under fire or worse?

I still fail to see it. There's no hard proof that LW had access to the Vault Armory with this Overseer at all. And escaping from the Vault with ocassional 10mm Pistol using does not make you an experienced marksman.

The Chosen one with 10 luck+Bozar/Vindicator or Alien Blaster/Pulse Rifle or a [censored] LE RR BB gun+The original Sniper Perk+2x Action Boy and all the upgrades, drugs, and implants....

Chosen one winds in 1 or 2 rounds, sorry. Don't even need armor.

The Warrior!... :unsure2:

Ok in all honesty I think the Lone Wanderer and the Courier would win because the Courier is on that team and he/she pretty much could almost single-handedly take on the NCR, House, or the Legion, or at least scare said army away in the case of the NCR and the Legion.
The Lone Wanderer also took on the Enclae but so did the Chosen One so they even out in my book.
Then there's the Vault Dweller who defeated the mutant army but I don't think that they wre as tough as the NCR or the Legion, even if it wasn't there full force, so I think that the Courier would win in a one on one fight with any of all given choices. Of course that is just my opinion.
This answer was based of of their canon deeds not their stats. If it was stat, it would easily be the Lone Wanderer because he is hard not to max out.

But seriously the Warrior is probably the toughest of all.
