After the recent update, some of the new random encounters in the game can easily destroy your vault. I don't mind these challenges. The problem I have found is if during one of these events a dweller dies, and you revive them, they default to coffee break. They should go back to there original station. being that I have over 190 dwellers, this can be VERY annoying.

Yes! This is an issue I have as well. Plus, the other dwellers will still react as though there is a corpse in the room at random attacks, even tho there is not, and there's nothing you can do about it- no matter how much time passes after the attack.
