I was in vault 11 when I suddenly fell though the floor and started taking radiation damage (I'm guessing the game thought I was in the water). I tried to jump back into the level but couldn't. After walking around outside the level for a bit (I could see the entire level) I ended up falling again. I must have hit the lower limit for the level or something because the screen went black and I was in the room they use execute overseers. I can't get out of the room and the robots are way above my level.

I read the title as the ENTIRE vault fell through the floor. Went in thinking WTF?!

I need sleep....
