Hey, so I've played this for a while and got to the part where I had a bunch of stuff so I didn't have to play often to keep it going and I kind of stopped playing and then the update came and I got it and was pretty happy with it so I started to play a bit again and then one day I open the app and my vaults missing. I spent a bit going over forums and tried clicking the cloud save button but it didn't work. I spent months on that vault and don't want to see it go. I have a Samsung galexy s5. That was my only vault and I want it back. Please help. Thank you.

This happened to me, too. I was getting on the app for the tenth time or so yesterday and my vault did not load. I posted a thread elsewhere on this site. Still no answer.

Also, I thought just for fun to make another vault today while I wait to see what happens about the other one. The one I created today is gone, too. It lasted about 16 hours and then it was gone.

If there was no backup of the vault either with the cloud save or one you made manually then you will not be able to recover it as it's only stored on your device or in a backup you created.

What if it was saved in the "cloud"? I played for two month and same thing happened to me. It was my only vault so there's no way I didnt save it in the cloud. But still can't find it. Also no way I want to rebuild this awesome vault I created. It's sad to end a game like this no matter what.

Same. I know I backed it up. I back my phone up constantly and remember that the sign in to play store thing bugged me the first few weeks I had it. I really don't want to start another vault.

My vault was saved in the cloud and it's gone.. almosst 120 dwellers, tons of stuff (even paid for boxes)... worse thing is I had another (even bigger) vault wiped when the cloud-saving feature was done.

How is it possible if it was cloud-saved??
