A Day ago I sent them the following email:


Hello Bethesda,


To my disappointment in the app, I have come across an issue in which I have lost my vault, or more technically speaking, my vault has been Deleted without my consent. I had no intention of ever deleting, therefore no reason of deleting my vault. I have invested a good amount of time and money. I still recieve notifications on the progress of my vault 815 (attached is a screen shot of these notifications).

I will continue to email photos of these notifications in hopes of having my vault restored back to the fallout shelter app.


I anticipate to hear back shortly.

I can assure I personally did not delete my vault.

I tried to retrieve it from cloud, did all that jazz to my phone (software and app updates, restarting it, other stuff), and tried to dig in my google account.

After sending this email, I just recieved an automated response to check the forums. To continue to twist the knife even more, I still get notifications for my lost vault.

My vault has also randomly disappeared. I have also tried cloud and everything else with no luck.
