While exploring vault 81 I came across Austin's granny who looks after the vaults crop plantation she asked me if I come across any fertilizer , I should bring it to her........

Now I have some fertilizer in my inventory but she is not taking it from me, she keeps thanking me for helping Austin....I saved Austin from the mole rate virus.....and Granny seems to be stuck on that and its been several days since then but I can't seem to initiate any dialogue with her in regards to Fertilizers that I am carrying on me just for her......

Is there a way to get Granny to move on and talk about fertilizers?

I get the same thing. Just be aware that every single quest/mission in Vault 81 is bugged in some form or another.

Yeah, I found a note on a body that indicated the doctor in Vault 81 buys a certain item, test tubes I think, but I didn't get any options about this when talking to him in the vault.
