Overview
You wake up. Your head feels like an overripe watermelon, and you sit up in the pod as it opens. The door to the pod slides downward. You rub your head as your blurry eyes take in your surroundings. The flickering lights around the room do nothing to calm the raging flame inside your head, and right before they burn out, you see other pods around the room sliding open, just like yours. You can’t see the people in the other pods, but that’s not your priority right now. Right now, there’s only one thing on your mind. One thing to compete with the excruciating pain in your head.
Who am I, and how the hell did I get here?
With this RP, I am hoping to create a sense of fellowship as a small group of wanderers try to figure out who they are. A small band of explorers from the well-hidden Vault 66 try to realize their identity as they explore the ruins of Toronto, Canada.
As soon as the people in Vault 66 emerge from their pods, they will examine their Pip-Boy 2000s to get their personal information. However, the pods they were in somehow altered their Pip-Boys, so the closest thing they will get to their name is a callsign that the robotic maintenance officers of Vault 66 (who are now gone) assigned them. A message on their Pip-Boy will tell them where to find their respective lockers, which house all of their items.

Explanation (READ!!!)
Race: Pretty-self explanatory. Let’s only use the ones from Fallout 3, though (Caucasian, Afro-American, Hispanic, Asian).
Gender: Again, pretty self-explanatory.
Age: This will be found on their Pip-Boy, so it has to be exact to the year.
Physical Description: Their build and appearance.
Combat Style: Basically, their role in combat, such as the bigass tank that takes a lot of hurt, or the medic who supplies stimpaks.
Skills: I’d say you can have 6-7 skills. Don’t feel restricted to skills from the game (but nothing like ‘Killing People’ or ‘Being a Badass’).
Weapons: All I can say, at this point, is to try not to be overpowered at the beginning. I’d say that maybe a laser pistol, a hunting rifle, a shotgun, or an assault rifle are the most powerful you can have. However, you can put weapons here that you hope to scavenge later (there will be a great opportunity for that early in the RP). Still, though, nothing too powerful. Weapons that are absolutely NOT allowed are: Fat Man, MIRV, Alien Blaster, and the like.
Clothes/Armor: Everyone starts out in a vault, so everyone is wearing a Vault 66 jumpsuit. You can get power armor once we get to the scavenging part, which will be basically right after we leave the Vault and enter the wastes of the city. However, the only power armor you can get is T-45D, the most basic type.
Other Items: Stimpaks, chems, grenades, etc.
Memento: This is one thing that really makes your character who they are, even though they don't know it yet. A memento is just this one, small thing that someone took into Vault 66 with them, under the impression that it would help them remember who they were once they woke from their mysterious slumber. However, the mementos do not help with this, and end up just raising more questions. Either way, you still have to hold on to it, from the beginning to the end.

Memento: A black-and-white picture of a man about Sand's age, standing on the edge of a lake. He has a rifle in his hand, and is lifting it up to aim at a distant bird.
General Info: Sand, as he is supposedly called, is charismatic and clever. Even though, like the rest of the Vault 66 inhabitants, he doesn’t remember anything of his past, he can still tell stories better than the jerky vendor in Junktown. He can cheer up his normally grim friends pretty easily. Sand is a great hunter and tracker, and can hit a bull’s eye from several hundred yards away. He has no problem sneaking around and picking locks when need be, though he prefers to just lay on a cliff and shoot things.

Physical Description: Short hair, but scruffy, he has a light-ish build, and has brown eyes.
Combat Style: Prefers using short-distance rifles.
Skills: Energy weapons. Small guns. He is a capable technician and repairman. And he is a very fast runner, capable of moving silently and unseen..
Weapons: Revolver (start). Hunting rifle (early). Laser rifle (end).
Clothes/Armor: Vault 66 suit. Something like Lucas Simms outfit + Face bandanna (later).
Other Items: He carries several frag grenades, and a few pulse grenades. He likes to shove the frag grenades down live Super Mutants throats. He also carries a few stealth boys, which he uses to sneak up on Super Mutants (see above)...
Memento: A locket with his family in it, outside what appeared to be a house, red rooved and whitewashed walls. His father sat on the steps in front of the door looking very serious, he was a large man. His mother stood with her arm around a boy’s neck, his, she was a small woman, but her smile seemed to light up the world. He looked completely unremarkable, a scruffy little boy that was very reluctant to having a photo taken.
General Info: Terrier earned his name for harassing enemies and flipping into rages, throwing grenades like a malfunctioning artillery cannon. Shooting everything he could see with his itchy trigger finger.

Physical Description: Grey/white short hair / short beard. Medium Build, Blue eyes.
Combat Style: Likes strong two hand riffles. Only shoots when it's really needed.
Skills: Outdoors man , Barter , Small guns , Speech. He is really good in talking with other people to get what he wants.
Weapons: Custom Hunting Riffle with symbols carved in it on the right side. holds 7 bullets instead of 5 but is weaker than a mojave wasteland hunting riffle.
Clothes/Armor: Vault 66 jumpsuit , Cowboy Hat

Memento: A little box in which is a pipe , Punga Fruit Tobacco , and a letter saying: "The order just arrived" and a signature that appears to have some sort of R in it.
General Info: Doesn't really like to use his gun(that's why he wears it holstered almost 24/7). But he believes that is something has to be done how it should be done. He is really good in convincing people to do what he wants by just talking to them. Most people really like this guy and know that they can come to him if they want advice or have a problem or even if they want to just empty their hart. He is kind of the "dad" type.

Weapons: Sig Sauer P226 with optional Suppressor, R700 Bolt action rifle and a combat knife (If theese weapons are unnacceptable i can change them, i just like to give a bit more than "9mm pistol and Scoped Rifle")

General Info: Echo is a somewhat cold person, spend time talking to her and getting to know her and she will warm to you but off the bat don't expect much. She has a habit of not trusting anyone unless they earn it, but on the flipside other people can trust her, to her its a habit of keeping everyone close while keeping herself away at the same time. She may be a colder natured person untill you know her but that does not mean she won't hold a conversaition with you, but untill she has warmed to you don't expect a very in depth conversation. She is opinoinated and strong willed and is not afraid to voice her opinoins. She believes in getting things done, she will opt most of the time for what seems to be the morally "Good" choice but if better results mean making a harsher decision she will absolutley consider it. She has a very slight British accent. Now she wakes up in Vault 66, her pipboy tells her she is Called Echo and she is 24 years old, other than that she is surrounded by strange people, and is incredibly cautious.

3) Reserve ALL out-of-context (OOC) comments for this thread. If I get enough interest in this RP, I will create the in-context (IC) thread in which the story will be told. Only the actual role-play part of ROLE-PLAYING will be in the IC thread.
