my vault is lost in a crashing-loop since 1.3

after the new update all was fine. i bought some pets and played 2-3 hrs until a bug-horde attacked a room. then the game crashed.

i restarted the app and when the vault was loaded it crashed the game.

i tried to restart the app, restarted the iphone, saved the vault into the icloud and reinstalled the app - nothing helped.


36 hrs ago i wrote 2 support emails to bethesda - nothing came back, not even a confirmation mail (and yes: i checked my spamfilter)

i tried to contact bethesda on facebook - no response


what makes me really angry is the fact that i spent 80€ on this vault and it seems that the money is lost, not to mention the time i invested.


really frustrating that i havent found a statement from bethesda, not in general and not even on single customer-reports here in the forum.


i play the game on an iphone 6s+ on ios 9.2

your is exactly what happen to me as well, i am on iphone 6s with newest ios. also i have sent them 2 emails about this and no return email.


$80 i spent on game as well as u do. so sad

6s+ ios 9.2 Two out of three vaults crashing. No support info from Bethesda.

Really?? still no support from the company, i mean come on. i spent more then the actual fallout 4 money to play this fallout shelter.


how do i not even getting any help from the developer??


there are so many people with the problem or game crash when loading.


seriously this is restarted man.

I've paid more for this app than Fallout 4 as well and I'm pretty disappointed I can't play my favorite app... Hopefully we'll hear something back soon.

I have emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 12 days (which is the last time I was able to open my vault), and have been ignored. I escalated my complaint to iTunes.



HAVE YOU SPENT MONEY ON THIS APP???



Report a problem with Apple to get a refund. I have been refunded most of my money instantly, and 2 small purchases are pending refund. I'm hopeful I will get all my money back. You should too. Here's the website I used:
